Pelletizing completes the recycling process. The pelletizing system (or die face cutter) is located at the very end of the line. The pelletizing phase gets its name because the recycled material is cut into small cylinders and dried, appearing in a pellet shape.
Gamma Meccanica’s TI Underwater Pelletizers allow the cutting process to be performed in immersion, with the die entirely underwater. This allows the material to assume the consistency necessary for cutting.
